ICU!!!

Today I went to my hospital to make a handing over the patients from the previous intern of internal medicine team, A, though I am off.
Now our internal medicine team has three patients in the ICU, a sepsis, a acute renal failure on chronic one with mesenchial ischemia and a septic shock with HIV which CD4 count is less than 10!
I am so excited about that. I heard the patient's volume of this hospital was so small, but not so bad! I bet I have to wake up 2 or 3 am for the cominig 4 weeks...
